What is the secret behind our mind body? Mind body of our humans is  superior to any creature on this planet created by God. In fact, if we go, deep down, to the words' mind body in the Vedic literature  of India. We can clearly understand the main purpose of our mind and body. However, due to the lack of knowledge and ignorance, it has led us to a different way, where rather than realizing the internal freedom. We all started finding it outside. Mind body of every human is capable of doing anything. Whatever, he has already made outside with the grace Of God, can realize or discover with in itself. Mind body is the tools to reach that goal, of enlightenment where the mind body became one with the nature and ready to reach the destination after a long travel, called many births.


Our Karma of past lives gave us this mind body, which definitely we are not going to take with us after leaving it. What go with us will be the internal peace of our soul and mind and that only comes when we practice meditation and sit down with a relax the mind.
